CRV Phases/Stages beyond what are known?

Since the declassification of the Stargate program and its materials, many have seen various documents that were the basis of the remote viewing program, and underpin what many of us practice in present day. Variations and blends of RV exist, and while not all have scientific, databased results, if they solve a client’s problem…they work.

There exists a paper noting “Chapter 10: Future Stages” of CRV (purportedly a summary of work by Ingo Swann) with a very abbreviated description of CRV ideas of Swann’s of which he apparently felt were potentials beyond what were being used in CRV at that time.

The chapter notes Stages VII through XI (IX and XI having 2 phases, and X having 3 phases), with postulated phenomena of being able to discern letters and numbers, having enhanced to/from telepathy at the site, interacting with and teleporting things to/from the site, and altering time at the site.

While these may stoke one’s credulity, some of these have certainly been experienced by RV practitioners.

In recent training with a student on Medical Applications CRV, I observed her ability to discern with uncanny precision the underlying psycho-emotional challenges in three consecutive subjects (blind to each subject, and at a very remote distance). She was able to correlate these challenges to the subjects’ somatic (bodily) complaints and ameliorate them with brief, thoughtful intervention.

How uncanny was the precision? In session, the student noted (with incredulity and apprehension) that one subject had been experiencing “dark entity” and “reptilian entity” disturbances. (This may seem quite ludicrous on the surface, but having personally done a paid operational session for a client who swore he had been abducted by aliens and promised he would someday be able to fly the spacecraft, I didn’t scoff.)

But in CRV, the viewer doesn’t get to edit; we merely take the dictation from the higher/subconscious mind and report it. The subject gasped when interim feedback was given, and reported that indeed they had experienced such disturbances, to the point of requesting an exorcism at the residence. It was something the individual never had discussed with anyone, for obvious reasons, and was shocked that that could be perceived. Additionally 3 of 4 of the subject’s complaints improved in both frequency and intensity by 40-90% within the first intervention and held improvement for over 10 days.

So what does this suggest? Placebo effect, or expectation? Maybe so. But after having practiced this for over a decade, I’ve seen too many consistent effects with intervention through CRV followed by a specific desired result—even on unknowing participants— to conclude that it’s mere chance. I suspect strongly that what occurs is that we are affecting or influencing the target in some way. We are doing what Swann postulated; making a change in structure/function at the target site.

It shouldn’t be surprising. Reiki given at a distance has been shown to work, as has prayer/kind intention, to alleviate human somatic complaints. So why wouldn’t CRV be able to affect someone?

In my bio, I noted the phenomenon I experienced years ago of thinking of a person and wondering how they are doing, with the result of receiving a phone call the next day out of the blue— with an 18 year span of time in between the phone call and my last communication with the individual! The odds of coincidence are too astronomical to even be chance occurrence.

This phenomenon continues to repeat to this day, I believe, due to practice habits and intention to function in such a way.

While we’re not operating with abilities like a Marvel Cinematic Universe character, we are using psi potentials across the two-way continuum: perceiving (reception/inflow) and affecting/influencing (causing/outflow).

Given Swann’s life experience, understanding, knowledge and observations, he likely knew the “signal line” was a two-way conduit, innate to humans and for humans to tap into. Whether he merely postulated what could be as ‘advanced levels’, or had actually developed them on his own post-Stargate time, is something only he can tell us.

However…

In a Friday night Sept 3, 2021 AMA talk hosted by Daz, Joe McMoneagle noted that Ingo wouldn’t share his training/development notes with the government, which led to his departure from the program. And, (if memory recall serves correctly) in personal conversation with Lyn, he told me that Ingo swore to him that he was going to burn his research/development materials on the advanced phases as he felt mankind was not ready for it.

Looking at the world post-2020, I would say he may have made the correct decision, since humans will weaponize anything they can in an effort to subjugate others. The most common weapon being words.

If we are affecting an individual by way of interaction with the target (person) via the signal line, then most certainly remote influence and persuasion is real. And this may very well be one mode of the natural outgrowth of CRV as Swann had envisioned.

Expansion of Abilities with Practicing CRV.

Early in my CRV training and development, I had an occurrence that resulted in my realization that there was more than just my power of perception that was expanding as a result of practicing CRV. I had occurrences that, quite frankly, are too astonishing to write about. Occurrences that stoke one’s incredulity.

While this is seldom discussed on course, it is nonetheless something that I encountered with enough frequency that it became a seemingly semi-permanent change in my abilities. ‘Semi’-permanent, I say, because one’s abilities are in force only as long as one uses them or fosters their development.

One day, after being into practice mode of CRV for months, I had a thought of a guy I went to grad school with back in the late 80s/early 90s. We weren’t pals; just happened to be in the same classes together. We didn’t hang out, nor study, nor party together. Ever. Never had lunch. Never talked on the phone, or even work on a project together. Rarely made small talk. I recall thinking of him out of the blue and wondering how he was and that it would kinda be nice to know how he was. The thought took less that a second, and occurred while I was in the middle of the daily mundane minutiae.

The following day, as I was alone wrapping up the work day and straightening up the office, my office phone rang.

I answered, “Hello?”

A voice said, “Michael? Michael Rinaldi?” I said, “This is he.”

It was him.

“This is Jonathan, from OU. I woke up this morning and something in my head said, ‘I have to call Mike Rinaldi and I don’t know why, but I have to call him’. So, I here I am. How are you?”

I hadn’t seen, nor talked to him in nearly 17 years, and less than one day after I had a fleeting thought of him and how he was doing, THIS happens?

I thought to myself, ‘well, a cool bead of sweat just ran down the crack of my ass!’

I had to really contemplate what just happened, and I sat on this occurrence (and many others like this -as bizarre or more so) for quite some time before discussing it openly.

As I teach CRV now, I can talk about it and why practicing CRV can (and does) lead not only to shifts in consciousness, but expansion of abilities and phenomena across the panorama of psi. While these phenomena are not the reason for CRV, nor the reason to learn CRV, they are indeed an interesting by-product of practicing the subtle art and science.

Walking around in one’s daily life on-line (i.e. entangled with the ‘signal line’) makes for a nice way to live.

More stories like this and beyond, on course.
